Responsibilities
- Expand our Insurance International Team as a Managing Consultant Reinsurance.
- Work on exciting projects with a focus on digital transformation and modernization of reinsurance business models, processes, and platforms.
- Support and advise reinsurance clients on digital transformation.
- Support the entire lifecycle of system modernization or implementation of reinsurance platforms including business analysis, system selection, integration, and process engineering.
- Design end-to-end solutions within the areas of Pricing, Data Strategy, Data Management, Underwriting, Claims Management, Technical Accounting, and Finance.
- Take leadership responsibility for younger colleagues in the team.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in management consulting or in an insurance company with a focus on insurance, reinsurance or specialty/commercial business.
- Successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Excellent English skills.
- Willing to travel (from time to time) within Europe.
