Lead a geographically dispersed team across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and India.
Drive the simplification and standardization of our learning offer and processes.
Rationalize our external training providers to ensure a cohesive and high-quality learning experience.
Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and implement solutions that improve the overall learning experience.
Innovate new learning methods and tools to support employee upskilling and self-learning journeys.
