About the role

  • Lead client engagement, from requirement gathering and analysis to stakeholder management.
  • Provide techno-functional leadership, designing solutions and guiding the integration of systems like Salesforce and Tamarac.
  • Manage the project using Agile methodologies, coordinating with offshore teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle, including risk management and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Wealth Management or Financial Advisory, with a strong understanding of Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) operations and the end-to-end advisor–client lifecycle.
  • Proven track record in leading integration projects involving platforms such as Salesforce, Tamarac, and financial planning tools.
  • Hands-on experience in portal development, API integrations, and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated experience in leading both client-facing and technical delivery teams.
