Requirements
- MS degree in Social Work (at a minimum)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in case management in a health care environment
- Current unrestricted LMSW or LCSW (or equivalent) license in the applicable state(s)
- Bilingual (Spanish) or multi-language skills preferred
- Telephonic CM experience strongly preferred
- Medical CM experience preferred
