- 4-year college degree required (preferred: business or finance)
- 15+ year experience in Commercial Credit Underwriting and/or Approval
- Underwriting Experience required, approval experience preferred
- 7+ years management/leadership experience required
- Completion of formal Credit Training Program preferred
- CRC (RMA) certification preferred
