About the role

  • Manager position overseeing sales or operations activities at Desjardins Group. Develops service offers, implements business plans, and manages performance and talent while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support the immediate supervisor by helping with work organization, operational planning and special initiatives
  • Develop, implement and track the unit’s action plan, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic orientations
  • Establish management and communication practices that support change management, talent attraction, and retention
  • Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit’s services
  • Support the administrative unit’s action plan by successfully managing individual and team performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients
