About the role
- Manager of Investor Relations shaping and delivering Hyatt’s financial narrative to investors and analysts. Collaborating with senior executives and key stakeholders in the finance and communications teams.
Responsibilities
- Help shape and deliver Hyatt’s financial narrative to analysts, investors, and other key stakeholders
- Work closely with senior executives, Finance, Communications, and Legal teams
- Manage external communications with institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders
- Ensure consistency of messaging across investor presentations, annual reports, SEC filings, Hyatt’s investor website, and other internal and external communications
- Collaborate with finance, communications, and legal to align disclosures and messaging
- Support planning and execution of investor days, roadshows, conferences, and non-deal roadshow meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or financial communications.
- Public Company experience preferred
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuations, and capital markets
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to travel periodically for conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings
- Individual must be able to handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously
