About the role
- Join Engel & Völkers as Manager for Group Accounting, focusing on internal control systems. Lead financial reporting and analysis with a dynamic international team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing the consolidated financial statements as well as the group management report and notes
- Conduct in-depth analyses of local reporting packages and group-specific issues
- Support and coordinate group and statutory audits
- Responsible for our internal control system (ICS) for financial and non-financial reporting
- Lead and support projects to optimize processes in accounting and tax
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) with a focus on (international) accounting
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in an auditing or audit-related consultancy firm and/or experience within an international corporate group
- Strong experience in process and project work, ideally focusing on reporting-related internal control systems
- Audit and/or consulting background
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
