About the role

  • 202• Develop and own the global campaign strategy and execution plan, ensuring initiatives align with business objectives
  • Manage the campaign roadmap with a 90/10 focus on big growth bets while allocating resources for fast-turn experiments
  • Oversee the global campaigns budget and allocate resources strategically across initiatives and channels
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team including Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, and Campaigns Specialist
  • Serve as primary point of contact for senior leadership, communicating campaign performance, strategic direction, and key insights
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring key metrics are met and providing regular updates to leadership
  • Partner with product marketing, content, and field marketing to ensure integrated campaigns and lead tiger teams for urgent opportunities
  • Drive the "one global standard, local adaptation" approach for campaign execution

Requirements

  • 202• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in a global or multi-regional capacity
  • Strong track record of net new demand generation and cross-sell/upsell
  • Strategic acumen with a bias for action and ability to develop and execute large-scale marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing marketing professionals
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs; ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences including senior executives
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams
