Requirements
Proven professional experience leading a service team and/or a related function
Demonstrated experience in customer engagement at the executive/senior level
University degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
ITIL certification
High willingness to travel
Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written)
