About the role

  • Ensure customer satisfaction

  • Further develop the Field Support organization
  • Improve the efficiency of key performance metrics
  • Cooperate with vendors and partners
  • Establish the framework and working conditions for Field Support Engineers
  • Implement the objectives of the Support Service & Managed Service area
  • Prepare and analyze reports

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience leading a service team and/or a related function
  • Demonstrated experience in customer engagement at the executive/senior level
  • University degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • ITIL certification
  • High willingness to travel
  • Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written)
