About the role
- Créer, structurer et prendre la tête d’un nouveau Pôle Études International pour soutenir le pipeline en Europe (Espagne, Pays-Bas notamment)
- Manager, recruter et former une équipe de 1 à 3 ingénieurs
- Mettre en place processus d’étude, outillage, standards et rituels
- Piloter les études depuis le développement jusqu’aux études d’exécution (chiffrages, dimensionnements, livrables EXE/DOE)
- Jouer le rôle d’interface entre équipes centrales en France et équipes pays
- Harmoniser pratiques entre équipes pays et diffuser standards
- Suivre et améliorer KPI : coûts, designs, planning, charge vs capacité
- Assurer conformité technique/réglementaire/urbanistique et optimisation technico-économique
Requirements
- Manager technique affirmé (leadership fédérateur, exigence, goût pour la transmission)
- Capacité à challenger ses équipes et améliorer les process existants
- Organisation, rigueur, sens du résultat
- Forte capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Excellente communication et pédagogie
- Recruter et former des ingénieurs
- Expérience en études de grands projets photovoltaïques (5 à >100 MWc)
- Capacité à définir organisation, processus, outillage et rituels
- Travailler en synergie avec autres services (Gestion de Projets, Achats, Développement, Exploitation, Finance)
- Anglais et/ou français (implicite pour international interface)
