About the role

  • Track the performance of the redemption shelf.
  • Monitor performance reports.
  • Support hotel performance.
  • Execute benefits and engagement campaign activities, such as giveaways, activations, and events.
  • Interface with catalog suppliers.
  • Prepare performance and commercial partnership reports.
  • Document business rules and create supporting materials for hotels and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in loyalty program operations or CRM.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and monitoring/tracking tools.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and a focus on problem-solving.
  • Experience with integrations, benefits providers, or commercial partners is a plus.
