Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the corporate LMS, ensuring stable operation, organized content, and technical-pedagogical support for user areas.
Support the implementation and updating of continuing medical education courses (online theoretical and practical), ensuring consistency across the learning journey.
Create, monitor, and analyze learning indicators (engagement, satisfaction, practical impact, knowledge gain), producing strategic reports and dashboards.
Map teaching–learning processes and propose pedagogical and operational improvements based on evidence and data.
Contribute to the planning of evaluation and impact measurement for medical courses.
Support technological integration between the LMS and other corporate platforms (BI, mobile applications).
Participate in innovation and digital transformation projects in education, proposing scalable, physician-centered solutions.
Requirements
Previous experience administering an LMS.
Experience with teaching methodologies (online, hybrid, and/or in-person).
Ability to develop, monitor, and interpret educational indicators.
Logical reasoning, analytical mindset, and results orientation.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with different areas (medical, educational, technological).
Organized and able to structure and document pedagogical processes.
