Responsibilities
Collaborate with Brand Key Account Managers (KAM) to develop effective voucher strategies and sales mechanics that drive maximum revenue.
Prepare MCs with clear briefs to ensure they convey the right brand message and hit key points during livestreams.
Manage and optimize livestream calendars to ensure sessions are scheduled at the best times, especially when TikTok offers voucher giveaways.
Monitor livestream sales performance and content quality, making real-time adjustments to achieve KPIs and maximize impact.
Foster long-term relationships with top MCs and influencers to continuously raise the standard of livestream content.
Keep up with livestream trends and develop new strategies to keep our content fresh, engaging, and effective.
Identify, engage, and recruit dynamic MCs who align with each brand’s voice and deliver exceptional livestream experiences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably in Advertising or related fields)
1-3 years in KOL or influencer management, especially within beauty, fashion, or agency environments
Strong understanding of major social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Love for pop culture, social media, and influencer marketing, with an existing network of influencers being a big plus!
Ability to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and adapt strategies to meet goals.
Top-notch written and verbal communication skills to build relationships and convey messages effectively.
Strong organizational skills to optimize livestream timing and align with TikTok campaigns and giveaways.
