About the role

  • Live Services Manager at Motorsport Games driving success of RaceControl subscription platform. Developing sales strategies and collaborating on customer engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow subscription revenues, average revenue per user (ARPU), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with marketing to convert leads into subscribers.
  • Implement A/B testing and promotional campaigns to optimize conversions and upsells.
  • Analyse churn and engagement data to design retention and win-back programs.
  • Collaborate with product and community teams to ensure regular, high-impact live content updates that keep subscribers engaged.
  • Oversee RaceControl’s live content calendar, ensuring regular, high-value updates that keep subscribers engaged.
  • Track engagement data to shape future live service priorities.
  • Own and report on all key subscription KPIs (growth, churn, engagement, ARPU).
  • Translate data into actionable insights that inform pricing, packaging, and customer experience improvements.
  • Build and track customer journeys to identify friction points and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Partner with marketing on lifecycle campaigns and acquisition strategies.
  • Work with the product team to ensure RaceControl delivers continual value and player satisfaction.
  • Support finance with forecasting and revenue reporting.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, growth marketing, or live services — ideally within gaming, SaaS, or digital entertainment.
  • Proven track record of managing subscriptions, driving retention, and optimizing monetization in live or digital service environments.
  • Comfortable using subscription analytics, CRM platforms, and A/B testing tools to drive measurable results.
  • Familiar with using game or product data to identify opportunities, craft narratives, and predict user behaviour.
  • Experienced in working with marketing and development teams to keep products competitive and relevant in fast-moving markets.
