Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow subscription revenues, average revenue per user (ARPU), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with marketing to convert leads into subscribers.
Implement A/B testing and promotional campaigns to optimize conversions and upsells.
Analyse churn and engagement data to design retention and win-back programs.
Collaborate with product and community teams to ensure regular, high-impact live content updates that keep subscribers engaged.
Oversee RaceControl’s live content calendar, ensuring regular, high-value updates that keep subscribers engaged.
Track engagement data to shape future live service priorities.
Own and report on all key subscription KPIs (growth, churn, engagement, ARPU).
Translate data into actionable insights that inform pricing, packaging, and customer experience improvements.
Build and track customer journeys to identify friction points and optimize conversion funnels.
Partner with marketing on lifecycle campaigns and acquisition strategies.
Work with the product team to ensure RaceControl delivers continual value and player satisfaction.
Support finance with forecasting and revenue reporting.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in sales, growth marketing, or live services — ideally within gaming, SaaS, or digital entertainment.
Proven track record of managing subscriptions, driving retention, and optimizing monetization in live or digital service environments.
Comfortable using subscription analytics, CRM platforms, and A/B testing tools to drive measurable results.
Familiar with using game or product data to identify opportunities, craft narratives, and predict user behaviour.
Experienced in working with marketing and development teams to keep products competitive and relevant in fast-moving markets.
