- Linux System Administrator responsible for maintaining on-premise data centres and managing Linux environments. Collaborate on various operations involving enterprise storage and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Maintain on-premise data centres
- Manage Linux environments (Ubuntu / Centos)
- Utilize enterprise storage technologies (ISCSI and SAN)
- Implement automation tools (Ansible, Foreman)
- Handle IP networking, DNS, and firewalling
- Write scripts in Python and shell
- Use container orchestration technologies
- Conduct remediation project experience in certified environments

Requirements
- Experience running and maintaining on-premise data centres
- Strong experience with Linux (Ubuntu / Centos)
- Experience enterprise storage including ISCSI and SAN technology
- Prior experience using automation tools (Ansible, Foreman etc)
- Knowledge of IP networking, DNS, and firewalling
- Experience with Python, shell scripts and command-line tools
- Knowledge of containerisation and related orchestration technologies
- Demonstrable experience of remediation projects, ideally within a PCI-DSS certified environment.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills and natural willingness to collaborate across teams and organisations.
- Naturally able & productive with ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow etc.
