About the role

• Legal Counsel responsible for legal support in banking products and compliance. Contributing to projects across the Baltics in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to leasing, insurance distribution and other product development and transactions
• Provide legal support to other banking products and services related matters
• Provide legal opinions and provide consultations
• Participate in pan-Baltic projects, work in a pan-Baltic team
• Represent Luminor with cooperation partners, regulators and other organizations

Requirements

• Master’s degree in law or any related field
• Legal experience of 3-5 years, preferably in banking and finance
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently, follow deadlines and effectively manage time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
• Fluent English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication.
