About the role
- Legal Counsel responsible for legal support in banking products and compliance. Contributing to projects across the Baltics in a flexible hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to leasing, insurance distribution and other product development and transactions
- Provide legal support to other banking products and services related matters
- Provide legal opinions and provide consultations
- Participate in pan-Baltic projects, work in a pan-Baltic team
- Represent Luminor with cooperation partners, regulators and other organizations
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law or any related field
- Legal experience of 3-5 years, preferably in banking and finance
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently, follow deadlines and effectively manage time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
- Fluent English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication.
