- Manage the portfolio of SMEs and corporate groups assigned to you
- Perform annual corporate secretarial duties (approval of accounts)
- Handle all extraordinary corporate actions: company incorporations, various amendments and restructurings
- Draft all types of leases and common standard agreements
- Advise on and resolve issues relating to corporate law, business law and taxation
- Conduct any necessary legal research
- Collaborate daily with a fellow legal counsel and the head of legal
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent (DESS) in Corporate Law / Business Law
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate law / business law
- Able to work independently on routine and extraordinary matters
- Pedagogical, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Comfortable in client-facing relationships
- Proficient with office software and digital tools
