Responsibilities
Playing a pivotal role in advising on diverse, critical business topics, spanning B2B and B2C transactional and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) engagements, marketing and disputes.
Leading the drafting and negotiation of critical commercial agreements with partners, key customers, and essential providers, building the commercial backbone of our operations.
Protecting the company by strategically managing key disputes and litigation, acting as a primary defender of the business in contentious matters.
Providing expert counsel on a broad spectrum of commercial law, including marketing, advertising, sales, consumer protection, IP licensing, and complex dispute resolution.
Acting as a key legal partner in the development of new go-to-market strategies, products, and services, ensuring legal soundness while fostering innovation and rapid scaling.
Optimizing legal operations by enhancing our legal processes: improving contract templates, streamlining documentation flows, and enhancing reporting and archiving systems.
Working seamlessly across the legal team and with crucial stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Product, providing integrated, actionable legal advice that fuels our collective success.
Contributing directly to the development of internal tools, guidelines, and policies, helping to build the legal infrastructure for a rapidly evolving global leader.
Requirements
You bring at least 6-8 years of robust commercial legal experience, gained either in-house at a technology-driven company or within a top-tier law firm, with a proven track record across a diverse range of commercial matters.
Your written and verbal communication, drafting, and presentation skills in English are exemplary.
You have demonstrable experience managing international litigation and complex commercial disputes, capable of assessing risk and driving resolution.
You possess a blend of pragmatism and strategic thinking, capable of navigating ambiguity and providing clear, actionable legal advice in evolving scenarios.
You are proactive, self-motivated, and resilient, consistently taking initiative and effectively prioritizing multiple, high-impact matters in a dynamic environment.
You excel at building and nurturing strong, trusting relationships across all levels of an organization, fostering collaboration and influencing outcomes effectively.
