Responsibilities
Planning, implementation and evaluation of learning projects (digital, classroom, blended or on-the-job)
Managing learning projects within scope, time and budget and in alignment with business priorities
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing external service providers, vendors and consultants
Developing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS)
Ensuring consistent learning communication and documentation
Sharing best practices and success stories across regions and functions
Requirements
University degree in Human Resources, Education/Pedagogy, Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
3–5 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in Learning & Development
Proven experience in instructional design
Strong knowledge of learning methods and learning technologies
Excellent project management skills
Fluent in English (at least C1) and native-level German
Comfortable working in a structured and independent manner
Enjoys working in international teams
