About the role

Responsibilities
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of learning projects (digital, classroom, blended or on-the-job)
- Managing learning projects within scope, time and budget and in alignment with business priorities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing external service providers, vendors and consultants
- Developing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ensuring consistent learning communication and documentation
- Sharing best practices and success stories across regions and functions
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Education/Pedagogy, Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in Learning & Development
- Proven experience in instructional design
- Strong knowledge of learning methods and learning technologies
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluent in English (at least C1) and native-level German
- Comfortable working in a structured and independent manner
- Enjoys working in international teams
