Responsibilities
Integrate Engineering Business Requirements into Learning Systems, Tools, and Trainings
Manage program execution and scope, schedule, budget, and risks associated with complex projects
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning objectives
Develop and communicate an L&D portfolio strategy that aligns with business objectives
Oversee the product lifecycle for trainings in the Engineering space
Lead a team of technical experts building training programs for engineering systems
Research and identify new technologies and methodologies
Establish learning strategies and architectures and define project scope.
Requirements
5+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to senior and executive leadership
5+ years of experience working in and/or with Engineering/IT teams
5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or other technical expertise
Experience working with Engineering Systems and/or IT systems (ex. Catia)
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
Ability to effectively partner with Business Stakeholders and Executive Management
Experience with curriculum development and content and instructional materials.
