- Integrate Engineering Business Requirements into Learning Systems, Tools, and Trainings
- Manage program execution and scope, schedule, budget, and risks associated with complex projects
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning objectives
- Develop and communicate an L&D portfolio strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Oversee the product lifecycle for trainings in the Engineering space
- Lead a team of technical experts building training programs for engineering systems
- Research and identify new technologies and methodologies
- Establish learning strategies and architectures and define project scope.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to senior and executive leadership
- 5+ years of experience working in and/or with Engineering/IT teams
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or other technical expertise
- Experience working with Engineering Systems and/or IT systems (ex. Catia)
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Ability to effectively partner with Business Stakeholders and Executive Management
- Experience with curriculum development and content and instructional materials.
