About the role

  • Learning Systems Manager at Boeing integrating Engineering Business Requirements into Learning Systems and overseeing training development. Responsible for managing complex projects and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize training needs.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate Engineering Business Requirements into Learning Systems, Tools, and Trainings
  • Manage program execution and scope, schedule, budget, and risks associated with complex projects
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning objectives
  • Develop and communicate an L&D portfolio strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Oversee the product lifecycle for trainings in the Engineering space
  • Lead a team of technical experts building training programs for engineering systems
  • Research and identify new technologies and methodologies
  • Establish learning strategies and architectures and define project scope.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to senior and executive leadership
  • 5+ years of experience working in and/or with Engineering/IT teams
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or other technical expertise
  • Experience working with Engineering Systems and/or IT systems (ex. Catia)
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Ability to effectively partner with Business Stakeholders and Executive Management
  • Experience with curriculum development and content and instructional materials.
