Responsibilities
This is a high-impact, Lead role designed for a skilled Solution Consultant who will be the primary driver of our partner ecosystem's success.
Serve as the primary pre-sales solution advisor for our strategic partners, guiding them through the sales cycle and ensuring they are equipped to position and sell our platforms.
This role has a special focus on a joint, AI-powered offering with a key SaaS partner.
Act as a trusted advisor to both our partners and our internal sales teams, working collaboratively to accelerate deal cycles and drive revenue.
Work closely with product marketing and product teams across both Mindtickle and the partner organization.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of solution consulting/sales engineering experience and 3+ years of dedicated partner or channel-focused experience.
AI Expertise: A minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in selling or positioning AI-based solutions.
Strategic Acumen: A deep understanding of partner ecosystems, joint GTM motions, and complex enterprise sales cycles.
Solution-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to understand prospect challenges and communicate practical, efficient solutions. A background in technical presales or sales engineering is not required for this role.
Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts as clear business value in senior-level engagements.
Proactive & Driven: A proactive and ownership-driven approach, with the ability to manage a high volume of deals and partner relationships strategically.
Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and a flexible schedule.
Pipeline Management: Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage visibility across the deal pipeline and provide key insights to stakeholders.

Cross-Organizational Alignment & Product Strategy: Work closely with product marketing and product teams across both Mindtickle and the partner organization. This includes aligning on messaging, surfacing key customer insights, and providing direct feedback to influence the roadmap for the joint offering. Maintain a high level of visibility into the joint deal pipeline to inform strategy and execution.
