Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Workflow Builder with emphasis on usability, performance, and scalability.
• Architect and deliver complex, high-impact features end-to-end, ensuring system reliability and maintainability.
• Mentor and coach a small team of engineers, raising the bar for code quality, performance, and design principles.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Architects to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Champion engineering best practices, CI/CD improvements, and developer experience initiatives.
• Explore and adopt modern frameworks, design patterns and tooling for FE to future-proof the product.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, consistently and sustainably delivering value within two-week sprints.
