Responsibilities
- Owns the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging Projects
- Facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time
- Work closely with the Customer, Order Management Specialist, Manufacturing, and Field Teams
- Develop project plans for assigned projects
- Create, update, and distribute project documentation
- Communicate all the requirements and commitments for each project
- Provide leadership and direction for GEHC personnel responsible for the project
- Participate in weekly meetings to provide direction and advise project status
- Manage projects in accordance with key performance metrics
- Identify, propose and/or participate in development of process improvements for the Healthcare Project Management team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical field experience
- 5 years progressive experience in a technical field or a minimum of five years of Project Management experience
- Ability to work effectively in difficult and fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale project management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel including overnight stays when necessary
- Master's degree or Project Management Certificate (desired)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (desired)
- Six Sigma certification and/or experience in Lean methodology (desired)
