Responsibilities
Gather and understand requirements
Create solution designs based on key business requirements
Configure/develop, test, and deploy solutions
Take part in application support and maintenance tasks
Propose ways to innovate and make our solutions more efficient
Adhere to IT principles and suggest future changes
Work on implementing the backlog of ideas, change requests and new releases
Requirements
An academic degree in HRM, IT or similar relevant field
Relevant experience from implementing Workday solutions either as a consultant or through in-house expertise
Must have proven experience in Workday configuration in the Absence and Time Tracking modules
Experience on the following modules is optional: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, Talent, Recruiting
Experience with business- and HR process optimization
Sound knowledge of operational processes in HR
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English, bridging IT and HR
Ability to prioritize tasks, to ensure deadlines are achieved
Preferably working knowledge of Agile (Kanban) methodologies
