About the role

• Freelance Consultant in Formation for Pennylane, focusing on delivering training to accounting firms. Responsibilities include analyzing training needs and facilitating user groups.

Responsibilities

• Propose the best possible training module to newly onboarded firms.
• Lead a group (5 to 25 people) by sharing your knowledge of the platform.
• Gather, identify, and analyze training needs.
• Work closely with the learning coordinator.
• Evaluate trainees and propose a questionnaire to collect their feedback.

Requirements

• Significant experience in an accounting firm, including accounting production, review/revision, and preparation of statutory tax packages (liasses fiscales).
• Availability for at least 10 days per month for training, with the ability to travel within a defined geographic area (approximately 2 hours from your home).
• Strong interpersonal and pedagogical skills, interacting with learners in an empathetic and engaging manner.
• Comfortable using Pennylane’s digital tools, such as Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
• Quick learning ability to adapt to evolving training offerings.
• Confidence presenting both in-person and online; requires a reliable internet connection.
