Lead studies and projects ranging from conceptual to detailed engineering and operation support
Manage key projects and project teams of flow assurance and process specialists
Supervise senior flow assurance / process consultants and provide technical leadership to clients and project teams
Act as primary point of contact with senior clients and specialists and represent the client at technical meetings
Assist the Regional Manager in developing project proposals, bids and tender documents and support business development
Ensure all work is undertaken in accordance with the company quality management system and that project objectives are achieved
Provide guidance, mentoring and coaching for junior staff and deliver effective presentations internally and to clients
Support energy transition projects including CO2 and H2 transport and enabling asset optimisation
Requirements
Recognised qualification in a relevant engineering discipline or extensive experience in a relative field; advanced degree focusing in multiphase flow / fluid dynamics / heat transfer / applied mathematics desirable but not required
Considerable previous flow assurance and process experience in the Oil and Gas industry with an excellent technical background
A proven track record in management of process and flow assurance studies
Proven experience in coaching the junior flow assurance and process engineers
Good experience with major flow assurance software packages e.g. OLGA, Pipesim, Multi flash, Leda Flow
Good appreciation of process engineering, and simulation using Hysys and/or Unisim
Good knowledge of HAZOP, process safety and risk assessment
Local market knowledge would be seen as an advantage (desirable)
