Requirements
10–15+ years of experience in project and portfolio management
Proven expertise in project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to solve complex issues, recommend best practices, and drive strategic outcomes
5+ years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale project portfolio
Proven expertise in enterprise project governance, strategic planning, and transformation initiatives
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar)
Project Management related certifications preferred
