About the role
- Serve as key contributor in ongoing management, optimization, and enhancement of the Workday ERP environment
- Analyze, define, design, and document business requirements within the Workday ecosystem
- Design and develop simple EIB Workday integrations and advanced Workday Studio integrations
- Maintain and support all team integrations, including built-in Workday Cloud Connect integrations
- Configure and customize Workday solutions, troubleshoot system issues, and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports and PRISM
- Analyze, design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday functionality
- Manage Workday support cases working directly with end users and stakeholders
- Document the report function and design to facilitate maintenance and participate in report reviews
- Provide analysis of impacts to reporting based on new releases or updates to system functionality and recommend/apply changes
Requirements
- Must have programing/build experience within Workday Studio
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Finance Systems & Business Analysis, Systems Design and Systems Development required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required OR 3+ years of experience supporting Finance and Supply Chain in Workday with Workday Studio
- Demonstrated ability to write Workday EIB and Workday Studio integrations
- Demonstrated ability with Workday Integrations including Workday Studio
- Proficiency in Workday report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, PRISM, and Composite Reporting)
- Working knowledge of ERP/SCM/Finance information systems
- Experience in designing, building, and testing reports in various ERP/SCM/Finance applications
- Analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into operational requirements
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated capability to handle highly confidential data with exceptional accuracy
- Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
