Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of high-quality technical documentation for business-critical systems
- Directly manage a team of Business Systems Analysts and Technical Writers to deliver high-quality documentation
- Own the delivery roadmap, planning, and execution of client engagements focused on technical SOPs
- Conduct research on documentation quality benchmarks and develop maturity models tailored to client environments
- Ensure the final product meets quality, usability, and compliance standards
- Support the Engagement Lead by identifying future client needs and potential follow-on opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical documentation within complex IT environments
- Strong leadership capabilities with prior experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Skilled in client relationship management and confident in stakeholder communications
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and IT operations
- Ability to independently drive initiatives from planning through to delivery

- Prior consulting experience in Insurance or Financial Services
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, or Adobe FrameMaker
- Exposure to compliance or risk documentation standards
- Experience creating and applying SOP maturity frameworks
