Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, from leadership hires to high-velocity IC recruiting
Champion a best-in-class candidate experience and help build Doxel’s talent brand to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates using a variety of sources including job boards, research, internet sourcing, social media, referrals, etc.
Build talent pipelines for current needs and future growth across multiple business functions
Recommend and co-design best-in-class recruiting processes, tooling (ATS, sourcing, analytics), and operational rhythm
Build sourcing playbooks, talent mapping frameworks, and interview best practices in partnership with hiring managers and leadership
Introduce data-driven insights to improve speed, quality, and consistency of hiring
Partner with Finance and GTM leaders on headcount planning and workforce prioritization
Bring market and compensation insights to inform role design, leveling, and competitive positioning
Advise on org structure, competency mapping, and candidate experience
Requirements
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environments
Proven success scaling teams and building recruiting infrastructure from scratch in a high-growth environment
You care deeply about candidate experience and talent brand, and you’ve built both as competitive advantages in past roles.
Deep understanding of competencies across levels and roles; able to calibrate talent quickly
Strong partner to senior stakeholders; capable of shaping roles, advising on comp, and guiding decisions
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruiting data and drive improvements
Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, etc.)
