About the role
- Analyst specializing in SAP ME at L3Harris Technologies. Collaborating on design and operational support for manufacturing execution systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test the SAP ME manufacturing execution system, providing expert guidance on best practices
- Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for SAP ME manufacturing execution system, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows
- Develop RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement and Forms) specifications to complete development identified as part of L3Harris business requirements
- Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for the SAP ME manufacturing execution system, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues
- Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements
- Stay current with new technologies, especially with manufacturing execution systems, to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP ME, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support
- Strong knowledge of SAP ME and experience with interfacing SAP ME to ERP applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective manufacturing execution solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation
- Expertise in SAP ME functionality and Configuration
- Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes
- Experience working in multiple manufacturing environments
- Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile
