About the role

Responsibilities
- Drafting and structuring contracts
- Managing legal disputes — both in court and out of court
- Reviewing complex legal issues and developing practice-oriented solutions

Requirements
- First and second state examinations (admission to the bar can also be applied for after hiring)
- Examinations should be completed with at least a 'satisfactory' grade
