- Kronos Functional Consultant responsible for implementing Kronos solutions at Zone IT Solutions. Collaborating with clients to enhance and support HR and Payroll system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Zone IT Solutions is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Kronos Functional Consultant.
- You will be responsible for providing end-to-end support and guidance in the implementation and enhancement of Kronos solutions for our clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Kronos Functional Consultant
- Strong understanding of Kronos modules and their functionalities
- Experience in implementing and configuring Kronos solutions
- Experience in UKG-Pro
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience in data mapping, data integration, and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working in a team environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience working with HR and Payroll systems
- Relevant certifications in Kronos are a plus
