About the role

  • Develop and evolve Knowledge Management (KM) solutions
  • Establish and maintain KM best practices
  • Conduct process optimization to enhance existing processes
  • Build, sustain, and leverage relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Manage Continuous Improvement activities
  • Lead the assessment of current processes to identify inefficiencies
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and metrics

Requirements

  • University degree or college diploma in business (or equivalent years of experience)
  • Three years of work experience in Knowledge Management
  • 3-5 years of continuous improvement in a client-focused environment
  • Proficient knowledge of KM principles, processes, and tools
  • Sound knowledge of project management techniques
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingualism (French, English required for Quebec)
