About the role

  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to maximize business potential.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical centers and hospitals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Finance.
  • Analyze market opportunities and healthcare environment developments.

Requirements

  • A master’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in natural sciences or business.
  • At least 2 years of managing a Key Account Management (KAM) team, combined with a minimum of 5 years in key account management.
  • Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market at both local and global levels.
  • Excellent account mapping abilities, including customer, organizational, and business environment analysis.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills, with fluency in English and Polish and a valid driver’s license.
