Reliable delivery: You make sure your output stays on schedule and coordination with the PM team works — even when requests come in at short notice.
Requirements
First sense for social media content: You know TikTok, Reels & Co. not only from a consumer perspective but have already created or edited content yourself or worked on it during internships.
Trend awareness & platform expertise: You understand terms like “hook”, “thumb-stopper” or “voiceover instead of music”. You can recognize good creator cuts and are open to new formats and aesthetics.
Initial experience with common content-creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Hands-on mentality: You take initiative, find solutions and keep an overview even during busy periods.
Care & timing: You have an eye for detail and work cleanly and reliably, even when things need to be done quickly.
