- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports.
- Manage client inventory control and conduct field visits to align annual operations planning.
- Continuously monitor KPIs, such as OTIF, and coordinate the execution of action plans.
Requirements
- Previous experience in route planning, execution of logistics operations, and liaising with internal departments and carriers;
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation, with emphasis on fleet management and route optimization.
- Preferred: Familiarity with routing systems (Axis Ódis or similar systems) and Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Soft skills: Communication, resilience, and creativity for problem-solving.
- Technical skills: Intermediate Excel
- Education: Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Availability to work shifts, including Saturdays.
