Responsibilities
Effectively support month end close processes under supervision of senior colleagues and team leader
Posting manual journals
Oversee processes related to master data management
Record and review accounting entries according to Fortum requirements and procedures accurately and within deadlines
Complete year-end closing processes and reports
Support more experienced team members with all processes in scope
Liaise with multiple internal finance teams and clients
Ensure completeness and accuracy and timeliness process delivery
Maintain desktop procedures up-to-date to ensure compliance with process changes, current legislation and company policy
Participate actively in any meetings, trainings and projects initiatives
Develop your professional skills and knowledge towards becoming a champion/expert in particular areas
Build trust and understanding through communication, inclusion, and transparency within RTR team and with other internal stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree - preferably in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
Experience in Fixed Asset area will be an asset
