About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end RPA lifecycle: requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath (preferred) or other major RPA tools. Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, or VB for advanced automation needs.
- Experience with databases (SQL), APIs, and workflow orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with OCR, AI/ML integrations, and Document Understanding.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Nice to Have (Optional) UiPath Solution Architect certification.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for automation deployment.
- Experience leading automation projects or managing small RPA teams.
