Responsibilities
- Provide service to a portfolio of lower-complexity clients via in-person, phone, and digital channels, ensuring each client is served promptly and accurately according to their needs.
- Assist clients with attentive, dialogue-based support to understand their needs and clarify questions or provide necessary information regarding the coverage process for insurable and non-insurable benefits.
- Support clients with reimbursement requests and pre-approvals through in-person, phone, and digital channels, ensuring effective reimbursement of expenses incurred for services received outside the provider network.
- Perform the necessary procedures to conduct market studies by gathering data and information required to complete quotation forms, aiming to identify the best terms and options for the client ahead of renewal deadlines.
- Prepare reports and/or presentations with loss-ratio indicators by organizing data and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to present policy results to the client.
- Identify improvement opportunities through process mapping carried out during execution, application of procedures, and workflow reviews, proposing actions that enable continuous improvement in customer service.
- Perform other related duties inherent to the role as required, through training, professional development, and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure ongoing professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
- Basic Excel skills
- Experience in insurance with health and dental products and knowledge of current ANS regulations (ANS — Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency)
