About the role

  • Support the full recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles (such as .NET Developers, DevOps Engineers, PMs, QAs, AQAs, etc.).
  • Source candidates using multiple tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, social media, internal databases).
  • Conduct initial screening calls and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to understand role requirements.
  • Manage and update candidate data in our ATS (Teamtailor).
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and other recruitment-related projects.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment progress and hiring trends.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT and might also be a recruitment agency with exposure to IT or technical roles).
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Strong communication skills and genuine interest in connecting with people.
  • Confident in conducting challenging conversations and handling objections.
  • Positive attitude toward work and teamwork.
  • Initiative and desire to grow and develop in the recruitment field.
  • Curiosity about technology and the IT industry.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (both written and verbal).
