About the role
- Junior Recruiter joining EveryMatrix's Recruitment Team to attract talent across Ukraine. Supporting the full recruitment cycle and maintaining candidate pipelines in a tech-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles (such as .NET Developers, DevOps Engineers, PMs, QAs, AQAs, etc.).
- Source candidates using multiple tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, social media, internal databases).
- Conduct initial screening calls and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to understand role requirements.
- Manage and update candidate data in our ATS (Teamtailor).
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and other recruitment-related projects.
- Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment progress and hiring trends.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT and might also be a recruitment agency with exposure to IT or technical roles).
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Strong communication skills and genuine interest in connecting with people.
- Confident in conducting challenging conversations and handling objections.
- Positive attitude toward work and teamwork.
- Initiative and desire to grow and develop in the recruitment field.
- Curiosity about technology and the IT industry.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (both written and verbal).
