Junior Recruiter joining EveryMatrix's Recruitment Team to attract talent across Ukraine. Supporting the full recruitment cycle and maintaining candidate pipelines in a tech-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Support the full recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles (such as .NET Developers, DevOps Engineers, PMs, QAs, AQAs, etc.).
Source candidates using multiple tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, social media, internal databases).
Conduct initial screening calls and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to understand role requirements.
Manage and update candidate data in our ATS (Teamtailor).
Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and other recruitment-related projects.
Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment progress and hiring trends.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT and might also be a recruitment agency with exposure to IT or technical roles).
Familiarity with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Strong communication skills and genuine interest in connecting with people.
Confident in conducting challenging conversations and handling objections.
Positive attitude toward work and teamwork.
Initiative and desire to grow and develop in the recruitment field.
Curiosity about technology and the IT industry.
Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (both written and verbal).
