About the role

  • Perform property analysis for approval.
  • Review and approve valid documents and certificates of sellers, buyers, and the property.
  • Analyze the physical-financial schedule and descriptive memorial related to construction, renovation, and expansion.
  • Request, review, and prepare drafts of private instrument templates with the effect of a public deed for acquisition modalities (purchase and sale of properties, land, or buildings with or without use of FGTS), intervening payee, acknowledgment of debt, and onerous assignment.
  • Review requests and pre-registrations at real estate registry offices (cartórios).
  • Monitor property release processes through to registration and payment of the property.
  • Respond to requirements from consortium members, sellers, and registry offices.
  • Serve as an intermediary between consortium members and financial agents.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of consórcio (purchase consortiums)
  • Knowledge of real estate registration
  • Preferred: real estate legislation
  • Experience working in real estate registry offices (cartórios)
