About the role
- Support an experienced project manager on development and implementation projects
- Gain experience in interactive contact between clients and internal teams
- Gradually become the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to understand customer business processes, system requirements and objectives
- Organize delivery of strategic solutions, system and process improvements through an Agile, iterative process
- Lead activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, rollout planning, training plan development and change management
- Coordinate internal end-user teams for Data Migration, validation, training, and successful implementation
- Plan and organize independently to ensure project timelines and milestones are met using project management tools
- Represent BESTMIX Software and its products to a global customer base
- Join international projects and contribute to ERP and software implementation success
Requirements
- Affinity with implementation and project management of ERP software systems or similar implementation projects
- ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Familiarity with terms like Agile, Scrum, Steerco
- Interest in designing and creating implementation process flow
- Interest in identifying, diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues, escalation and tracking solutions
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Interest in working directly with end users and customer executives
- Excellent decision making, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop collaborative relationships
- Self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, proactive in completing responsibilities
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Will mainly work at the head office in Maldegem, Belgium
