About the role

  • Translate Aero strategic vision into actionable plans and ensure successful execution
  • Design and execute TAT reduction strategy for gas generator modules
  • Collaborate with various teams to align efforts and drive strategic initiatives forward
  • Verify TAT repair root causes analysis by selected modules
  • Support in identifying different supply chain sources to ensure flexibility and dependency reduction
  • Drive TAT reduction execution as per plan and avoid bottlenecks through early defects identification and escalation
  • Interface with functional experts across the organization to lead and coordinate actions of the plan
  • Report results to GTS leadership forum
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's mechanical degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Service)
  • Aeroderivative technology knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge and ability to apply industry insights to strategic decision-making
  • Proven experience with engine’s maintenance, assembly & repair
  • Knowledge of Product/Machine configuration and the relevant development and management processes
