Responsibilities
Support for the print and digital teams – including coverage during vacation, illness and project-driven peaks
Assistance with proposal and billing management
Contribution to reporting, status inquiries and the preparation of clear project reports
Independent handling of product data: review, coordination and communication with suppliers (e.g., inquiries, data exchange, quality control)
Processing and tracking of tickets (e.g., in Jira or Monday), including assignment, status monitoring and documentation
Support in reviewing and documenting approvals
Handling classic project assistant tasks, such as taking minutes, organizing smaller work packages and preparing appointments and meetings
Requirements
Some experience in project management, ideally in print or digital projects
Basic knowledge of project management tools such as Jira or Monday is a plus
Strong organizational skills and quick comprehension
Enjoy working in a team and communicating with a variety of stakeholders
Reliable and structured working style
Willingness to take responsibility and learn new things
Very good written and spoken German skills
