About the role
- Update case files in the internal case management system;
- Draft legal documents, such as petitions and responses (answers);
- Assist in organizing deadlines and hearings for active cases;
- Conduct legal research in doctrine, case law and legislation;
- Supervise and support interns and legal assistants in ongoing matters.
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Previous experience as a drafting attorney preparing defenses/answers in litigation;
- Proficient with computers and legal case management systems;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
