Responsibilities
- Capture the needs and specificities of local affiliates within a specific product domain:
- Conduct interviews and surveys with affiliates to understand their requirements, arbitrate/challenge their requests, and analyze data and feedback so that tailored solutions can be considered by product teams.
- Incident management:
- Serve as the link between the business and the incident support team, providing functional expertise to qualify incidents and route them to the appropriate teams.
- Execute deployment and change-management activities for global products:
- Collect user feedback, prepare change plans, perform local impact assessments and change activities to facilitate local adoption, support end-user testing, and execute defined deployment tasks.
- Value realization:
- Collect and consolidate relevant metrics to report the value delivered by products at the affiliate level.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Project Management required
- Proficiency with change management and adoption methods and tools
- Proficiency with testing and deployment methods and tools
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and tools like Jira, MS Project, Trello
- Advanced English
- Experience in consumer goods industries is desirable
