About the role
- Junior Graphic Designer creating impactful visual content for a leading player in Brazil's oil market. Collaborating and enhancing brand identity through various design mediums.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from clients and coordinate approvals/validations of created assets.
- Create static and animated digital presentations (presentation videos) in PowerPoint or similar software.
- Produce email marketing, one-page reports, knowledge bites, banners, virtual event invitations and other materials to promote the program;
- Create project pitch videos (demo projects), including scripting, storyboarding/layout, voiceover, soundtrack and video animation up to 5 minutes for promoting initiatives, training or other program purposes.
- Refine the program's visual identity and its initiatives in accordance with the client's brand guidelines.
- Design innovative and visually impactful materials that meet the company's needs and objectives.
- Prepare final files for print and digital publication, ensuring quality and fidelity to established standards.
- Work closely with the communications team to execute event and program communication plans.
- Prepare corporate presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.
- Develop and maintain visual identity and communication channels such as SharePoint sites and others.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer delivering high-quality corporate presentations.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong conceptual skills and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Solid knowledge of branding, typography, color theory and layout.
- Experience in responsive design and familiarity with digital design trends.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Diverse portfolio demonstrating skills across multiple media and formats.
- Strong experience creating corporate presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.
