About the role
- BI-Engineer responsible for creating KPIs and BI solutions for ROSE Bikes. Collaborating with stakeholders and shaping data-driven strategies in the e-commerce sector.
Responsibilities
- Design, Entwicklung und Optimierung von Reports und Dashboards mit Microsoft Power BI.
- Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Datenmodelle als Grundlage für verlässliche KPIs.
- Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von ETL-Prozessen zur Integration und Transformation unterschiedlicher Datenquellen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern – von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Umsetzung passgenauer BI-Lösungen.
- Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer BI-Plattform auf Power-BI-Basis.
- Schulung von Anwendern und aktiver Beitrag zum Know-how-Aufbau im Umgang mit Power BI.
- Mitwirkung an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer Data- und Analytics-Landschaft.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im BI-Umfeld, idealerweise im E-Commerce oder Handelsumfeld
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Berichten mit Microsoft Power BI
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Datenbanktechnologien, insbesondere MS SQL
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Schnittstellen im SQL-Umfeld (Stored Procedures, XML, CSV, JSON)
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem Microsoft Services Stack, insbesondere Power BI und dem Tabular Model
- Kenntnisse in DAX sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit C#, Python und Versionsverwaltung mit Git
- Erfahrung in der Data-Warehouse-Modellierung, Data Vault 2.0 von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Analytische Denkweise, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an transparenter Zusammenarbeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C2)
- Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, die Arbeit am Standort Deutschland aufzunehmen.
